Two honest modes
Choose visual page fidelity or responsive semantic reading flow.
Private PDF tool
Convert a PDF to either positioned HTML that preserves page appearance or a semantic reflow that infers headings, paragraphs, lists, and simple tables. The PDF stays in your browser, and you download the generated HTML package. Semantic mode is best effort, scanned pages need OCR first, and complex layouts, fonts, forms, scripts, or precise page fidelity may not translate cleanly.

Nothing is uploaded. Choose one PDF to create pixel-oriented HTML with selectable native text.
PdfEditorOnlineFree opens, inspects, and renders the document on device in this browser tab. Generated HTML contains embedded page backgrounds and inline styles only. PDF JavaScript, launch actions, unsafe links, executable scripts, and arbitrary external resources are never copied into the result.
Two HTML conversion modes
Positioned fidelity keeps rendered page artwork and selectable text in place. Semantic reflow beta instead infers readable headings, paragraphs, lists, and simple tables for responsive screens. Both outputs open offline.
Choose visual page fidelity or responsive semantic reading flow.
Preserve painted images, vectors, tables, and form appearances.
Allow HTTP(S) and email links while keeping other PDF actions inert.
Download one document or one standalone HTML file per page.
Semantic mode infers headings, paragraphs, lists, simple tables, safe links, and repeated headers or footers from native text geometry. Complex columns, sidebars, equations, forms, and charts may require manual correction.
Image-only PDFs still retain their visual page backgrounds, but they have no native text to select or search. A future OCR tool will add text recognition rather than pretending the scan already contains reliable text.
