PdfEditorOnlineFree

Redact a PDF so the words cannot be recovered.

Permanently redact selected PDF content while source bytes and review evidence stay on this device. Search native text or draw page-specific rectangles; marked pages are rebuilt as image-only pages, hidden structures are scrubbed, and a validated PDF becomes downloadable only after forensic checks pass. Raster redaction removes searchability and interactivity on affected pages, and you must review every marked area for completeness.

Source content and forensic evidence stay on this device

PdfEditorOnlineFree runs PDF, structural, image, and writing operations on this device. It does not upload document content, search terms, regions, output bytes, or reports, and does not expose document content to analytics.

This is raster redaction, not a claim of native-object editing.

Every marked page becomes image-only. Search, text selection, accessibility, links, forms, annotations, vectors, layers, and signatures on that page are lost. Maximum-safety mode applies the same treatment to every page.

Native text or manual regions

Search extractable text across the current page, a range, or all pages. Draw normalized page-coordinate rectangles for scans, vectors, and images; OCR is intentionally not performed.

Page-specific geometry

Each rectangle follows its page’s visible area, full dimensions, and rotation. Output placement never reuses preview pixels or page-one scaling.

Fresh image-only pages

Opaque pixels are burned before encoding. Metadata, XMP, attachments, forms, annotations, actions, outlines, signatures, names, optional layers, and incremental history are scrubbed.
