Image-only pages are identified rather than returned as empty reflowable books. You may create a clearly labeled visual page-image EPUB, but searchable semantic text needs the dedicated OCR capability.
Known fidelity limits
Exact fonts, multi-column order, complex tables, forms, annotations, charts, vectors, masks, publisher pagination, and ambiguous footnote relationships are not guaranteed. Embedded PDF fonts are not redistributed.
